The addition will accommodate the visitor demand of the Navy Yard and Philadelphia’s major sports venues. The Courtyard opened in January 2014 as a LEED Certified 172-room hotel designed by local architecture firm Erdy McHenry Architecture. The hotel features executive suites, meeting/conference/event facilities, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Just inside, guests and visitors can enjoy The Bistro – a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop serving Starbucks. Now that the weather has warmed up, the outdoor patio offers another great place for business meetings, lunches, coffee breaks, and happy hours!
