Taking SEPTA to the Navy Yard

Beginning August 23, SEPTA Route 45 will provide daily service between Center City and the Navy Yard, offering a direct public transit connection to campus seven days a week.

Whether you’re commuting to work, visiting for the day, or traveling to an appointment, Route 45 is one of several convenient transportation options for reaching the Navy Yard.

Connecting from NRG Station

The NRG Station is the southern terminus of SEPTA’s Broad Street Line and serves as the primary connection point between regional transit and the Navy Yard.

From NRG Station, you can:

  • Board SEPTA Route 45 for service throughout the Navy Yard.
  • Connect to the Navy Yard Transit NRG Loop on weekdays.
  • Rent an Indego bike to ride to the Navy Yard using the South Broad Street sidepath and nearby bike lanes.
