Seeking to engage an experienced, capable, and qualified team to perform the feasibility study for the redevelopment of Building 611.
PIDC is releasing this RFP to perform a feasibility study of bisecting and redeveloping Building 611 into a mixed-use, creative office space for small to large businesses. As envisioned in the 2022 Plan, bisecting the building will accommodate a southward extension of 12th Street from Kitty Hawk Avenue to the Delaware River waterfront, creating a connected street grid, with vibrant and active public realm space, as well as a more resilient waterfront. PIDC is seeking to engage an experienced, capable, and qualified team to perform the feasibility study for the redevelopment of Building 611.
An optional pre-proposal meeting will take place on-site at Building 611, 1120 Flagship Drive Philadelphia, PA 19112 on Thursday, February 15 at 12p.m. Meet at the corner of Flagship Drive and South 11th Street.
