In healthcare the power of hydration is no secret, it can welcome a quick boost of energy, or offer a simple solution to the common cold — all without a massive medical expanse. New to the Navy Yard and located inside Vincera Institute is City Hydration, the latest IV therapy clinic with a hydration-focused line of treatments.

As a boutique iV lounge and a concierge service, City Hydration has treatments that can reduce hangovers, diminish jet lag, shrink the impacts of an oncoming cold, and maximize athletic performance.

On the menu, you’ll find items like “Cold and Flu” made with normal saline, vitamin C, zinc, and glutathione; “Jet Lag and Fatigue” made with normal saline, B-12, B-complex, and vitamin C; an “Health Maintenance and Energy” made with normal saline, B-complex, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C.

City Hydration iV lounge offers a comfortable and relaxing space to hydrate and then be on your way. Outside of the lounge, the concierge service is offered in your home, hotel, or event, allowing flexibility for a party, a wedding, or even, a staff meeting.
