The Navy Yard is thrilled to welcome Ecosave and its U.S. headquarters to The Navy Yard. One of the reasons this innovative energy company chose The Navy Yard was because it sees the community as having the potential to be the Silicon Valley for smart energy, with endless opportunities for growth and collaboration! Ecosave plans to add 125 new jobs over the next three years to strengthen its ability to drive down building energy use in the Greater Philadelphia region. Ecosave is currently based in Three Crescent Drive, but will relocate to The Navy Yard Commerce Center when its new home at 4000 S. 26th Street is complete later this year.
Ecosave is a multinational Energy Services Company (ESCO), specializing in the delivery of performance based energy efficiency retrofits and energy efficiency funding, Building Automation Systems, and energy management services. The company offers free energy savings opportunity assessments, guaranteed savings, fixed price proposals, and funding solutions for energy efficiency upgrades in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and government sectors. It has a strong building automation and controls practice that specializes in optimizing energy management through dynamic controls and advanced analytics. It enables buildings (including some right here in The Navy Yard) to attain high performance standards, including LEED and ENERGY STAR Certification. Ecosave is product agnostic, not manufacturing or exclusively distributing any products, and focuses on holistic, integrated engineering based solutions.
